Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and unfortunately we could not offer you an Exchange

We offer one time free exchange if the exchange request made within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange,
• your item must be unwashed and unworn
• should be in the same condition as you received it
• It must also be in the original packaging
• All the product tags and labels on the box are intacted
Several types of goods are exempt from being Returned. Goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, shirts , undergarments, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchange Policy.
Once your Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will receive the exchange product maximum in 30 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange, the cost of exchanged shipping will be paid by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
